Career Exploration Fairs give students the chance to learn about a range of career options across multiple career clusters as they begin to think about their future. Fairs are created in collaboration with JA staff, teachers, and volunteers.
Ahead of the event, students will participate in age-appropriate interest inventories, research general industries and local companies to help them prepare for the fair. At the fair, volunteers share information about their businesses and/or jobs, and students ask questions as the speakers or students rotate from station to station.
Students in K-12th grade are able to participate in Career Fairs.
