JA BizTown®, presented by CommunityAmerica Credit Union, combines classroom learning with a field trip opportunity to a simulated Kansas City economy. Students are given a job in a storefront and learn about teamwork, earning & spending money, voting and more. JA BizTown connects the dots between their in-school lessons and the real-world.

3DE is re-engineering high school education. Working with real-world companies, 3DE creates engaging learning environments that equip students with the skills, knowledge and confidence to unlock greater economic opportunity.

Junior Achievement Student Events bring Real World Learning to life! They bridge the gap between academic concepts taught in the classroom and practical application. These events provide students with hands-on experiences that enhance their understanding and knowledge while helping to develop their critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and professional competencies, making their education more relevant and dynamic.

Career Exploration Fairs give students the chance to learn about a range of career options across multiple career clusters as they begin to think about their future. Students will prepare ahead for the fair with inventories & research, and then at the fair, get to talk with different volunteers about their businesses or jobs.

Junior Achievement’s longest-standing model of curriculum is in the classroom. Aligning with state and national education standards, JA works with you to provide lessons in financial literacy, workforce readiness and entrepreneurship at your school or organization.
